The Digital Art & Creative Festa Ginza will be held over two days — Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October — at Kirarito Ginza in Tokyo's Ginza district.
We are pleased to announce full details of the event, which comprises an art exhibition, stage programme, and marketplace.
Discounted advance tickets are on sale via Peatix. We recommend purchasing yours early.
1. Ginza Glass View Stage
The stage offers three programmes throughout the day: "Creative Talks" featuring speakers from the frontlines of a wide range of creative fields; "Premium Stage", a programme of piano-centred musical performances; and "Workshop", a family-friendly session where children can create their own AR in English.
(1) Creative Talks
Nine programmes over two days. Topics span entertainment, photography, art, sport, biology, agriculture, and medicine — all presented in an accessible, enjoyable format, each lasting 30 minutes.
(2) Premium Stage
A stage featuring piano performances on a white Yamaha grand piano. Only music graduates or competition-winning performers take part, guaranteeing a superb standard. From super-talented youngsters to popular YouTubers, from anime and pop to baroque — experience the full charm of acoustic sound. Free "Open Stage" slots will also be available for audience members to try the piano.
(3) Workshop
A family workshop where you create simple AR using only your iPhone. The instructor is an English speaker, making this a rare and enjoyable opportunity to experience both basic English conversation and AR creation at the same time. Why not immortalise your child's summer project in life-size AR? Please bring whatever you'd like to turn into AR.
2. Ginza NFT Gallery 2023 Autumn
Digital artworks are reproduced on life-size panels, with AR viewing via XPAND Code. Full details available on the event page.
