This autumn, the Digital Arts and Creatives Festa Ginza will take place on 7 and 8 October at Kirarito Ginza in Tokyo. One of the main features of this event is the physical exhibition by the Ginza NFT Gallery, titled "Ginza NFT Gallery 2023 Autumn." We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for artists to exhibit their work.
There are two types of exhibition options: Free Exhibition and Paid Exhibition, each with its own process.
Based on our preliminary research, we've found that there is little interest in paid exhibitions from artists outside of Japan. Therefore, we've prepared the documentation for this option in Japanese only. If you're interested, please consult us via our support Discord channel.
Works submitted after the third public call for entries (from Room 7 onwards) and marked as "Wish to Exhibit in Ginza Physically" are automatically confirmed for free exhibition.
For works submitted before the second public call for entries (up to Room 6) or marked as "Considering," free exhibition is not confirmed. If you wish to exhibit these works, please notify us of the item ID via our support Discord channel.
You can download a list to check whether your work is confirmed for free exhibition or not from the material request form.
Due to venue constraints, free exhibitions will be displayed as reduced-size prints on panels, not as monitor displays.
Each work will be printed within a 100mm x 100mm frame. Visitors can enjoy the AR experience by scanning the XPAND Code associated with each work.
The application period is open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, the 4th, or 8:59 (JST) on Tuesday, the 5th September.
Initially, only artists whose works are already featured in the Ginza NFT Gallery can apply. However, we will open applications to the general public starting from 31 August.
For this general application period, we are only accepting applications for paid exhibitions. Free exhibitions are limited to works already registered in the Ginza NFT Gallery.
We look forward to your active participation!
