From 13:00 on 8th October, a performance by KONDOH Akina, a pianist and Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA), was held at the Ginza Glass View Stage.
Akina, who obtained her Doctor of Musical Arts degree from West Virginia University in the United States, had previously graduated from the University of Tokyo, Japan's top university. She impressed not only with her assured technique and delicate expressiveness but also with her unique and eclectic selection of pieces, which are rarely heard.
